About the Journal

The Journal of Agroindustrial Development and Innovation is a scientific journal managed by the Agroindustrial Product Development Study Program. This journal serves as a publication platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and students to publish research findings, literature review articles, and case studies related to development and innovation in the field of agroindustry.

The journal aims to disseminate research findings that contribute to the advancement of agroindustrial science and technology, including the development of agricultural-based products, processing technologies, production planning, quality management and food safety, agroindustrial supply chains, environmental sustainability, as well as agroindustrial innovation and entrepreneurship.

The Journal of Agroindustrial Development and Innovation is published twice a year, in May and October, with 5 articles in each issue. Submitted manuscripts must be original scientific works that have not been previously published and are not currently under review by another journal. If double submission is detected, the manuscript will be returned to the author or rejected by the editor.
